How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Total estimated delivery time is usually 6–9 business days, including processing and transit time.
How Does Shipping Work?
Nóvaire uses a direct-from-partner fulfillment model to help keep pricing competitive and maintain product availability.
Once your order is placed, it is processed within 1–2 business days. After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package. This is normal, and tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping is free on all orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.
What Is Your Returns Policy?
To initiate a return request, please fill out the form on our Contact page with your order number, the reason for your return, and clear photos of the item.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. All returns are subject to evaluation and approval.
For safety, cleanliness, and product condition reasons, we may not accept returns for items that have been used, opened, damaged, or are missing original packaging, accessories, charging cables, attachments, or other included components.
For approved returns not related to product defects or quality issues, a 10%–20% restocking fee may apply.
If your return is approved, store credit will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Store credit is provided as a digital code that can be used toward a future purchase on our website.

- Photos showing the damaged or defective item
After reviewing your request, we will provide next steps. Depending on the situation, we may issue store credit or arrange a replacement.
