Refund Policy — Store Credit Only
Nóvaire does not issue refunds to the original payment method. If a return is approved, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital credit code, redeemable toward a future purchase on our website.
## Return Eligibility
To be considered for store credit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

* The reason for the return
* Clear photos of the item and packaging
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. All returns are subject to review and approval by our team.
Non-Returnable Conditions
For cleanliness, safety, and product condition reasons, items may be deemed ineligible for return if they have been used, opened, damaged, or are missing original packaging, accessories, filters, charging cables, attachments, or other included components.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
For approved returns not related to product defects or quality issues, a 10%–20% restocking fee may apply. Any applicable fee will be deducted from the store credit amount issued.
Damaged or Defective Items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
